Return Policy
According to Article 13 of the Law of Georgia "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and return the goods within 14 calendar days, calculated from the moment of receipt of the goods.
In case of return of the goods, the Customer is obliged to:
• notify Hubs.ge immediately after sending the notification about the return of the goods, but no later than 7 calendar days.
• Direct (direct) costs of marking the goods for the goods.
• Transport the goods to the following address: Tbilisi, Sheshelidze Street N 88
In case the goods are not exactly as indicated on the platform, the goods have an initial defect or are damaged, the goods must be returned. Resource Hubs, with its own resources.
If you want to return the product, it is necessary to include all accompanying parts and documents (if any) delivered at the time of purchase, warranty card, technical passport, items. Other accompanying documents, undamaged box of the item (not including opening the box), accessories, etc.
Hubs is obliged to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, to return the customer the device paid for by him. The company has the right to notify the customer about the refund until the goods are returned. Refund of the amount is free of charge when paying by the same means that the customer used, in the event that the customer agrees to other means of payment.
The customer returns the goods and restores them to their original condition.
The customer does not have the right to refuse the contract and unconditionally return the product if:
• The goods are made by personal individual order;
• The packaging (box, bag, lid) has been damaged by the user, returned to its original condition (not including opening the packaging);
• The value of the product does not exceed 30 GEL;
• The products are not accompanied by all accompanying parts and/or documents provided at the time of purchase.
The purchased item may be exchanged, subject to availability.
