Return Policy

In accordance with Article 13 of the Law of Georgia "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, without giving any reason, and to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them.

Conditions for returning goods

When returning goods, the consumer is obliged to:

• return the goods immediately after submitting the return request, and no later than within 7 calendar days;
• cover the direct costs related to returning the goods;
• deliver the item to the following address: 34 Pekini Street, Tbilisi.

When www.hubs.ge covers the cost of the return

If the goods received:

• do not match the description given on the platform;
• have a manufacturing/original defect;
• are damaged,

Hubs.ge arranges the return of the goods using its own resources.

Condition of the goods being returned

When returned, the product must be accompanied by:

• all accompanying parts and accessories handed over at the time of purchase;
• the warranty card (if any);
• the technical passport and other accompanying documents (if any);
• undamaged packaging (opening the packaging is not considered damage, however the packaging must not be physically damaged in such a way that restoring its original condition is impossible).

Refunds

www.hubs.ge is obliged to refund the amount paid to the consumer within 14 calendar days of receiving the return request.

The company has the right to postpone the refund until the goods have actually been returned.

The amount is refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the consumer chooses another method.

When goods are returned, the related contract is automatically terminated and the parties return to their original position.

Cases in which a return is not possible

The consumer does not have the right to return a product without grounds if:

• the product was manufactured or customised to the consumer's individual order;
• the packaging (box, bag, seal, etc.) is damaged in such a way that restoring its original condition is impossible (opening the packaging is not considered damage);
• the value of the product does not exceed 30 GEL;
• the product is not accompanied by the necessary parts, accessories or documents handed over at the time of purchase.

Size exchange

Subject to availability, the size of a purchased product may be exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If the product is out of stock, the consumer is entitled to exchange the product for another item of the same value within 14 calendar days.
