The PUMA ULTRA 5 ULTIMATE FG is designed for players who prioritize explosive speed, rapid acceleration and lightweight performance on firm natural-grass pitches. Inspired by PUMA Motorsport engineering, its Ultimate-level construction combines an ultra-light upper with an advanced traction system for high-speed competitive play. The lightweight upper features PWRTAPE SQD support reinforcement, helping stabilize the foot during fast multidirectional movement without limiting flexibility. Its thin construction creates a close connection with the ball, supporting confident control when dribbling, passing and shooting at speed. PUMA’s SPEEDSYSTEM outsole uses a lightweight performance base combined with FastTrax studs to generate powerful acceleration and efficient traction. The carbon-fibre reinforced soleplate provides additional stiffness and responsiveness, helping transfer energy through the forefoot during explosive movements. An OrthoLite® sockliner adds underfoot comfort, while the streamlined speed-focused construction keeps the boot responsive throughout competitive matches.
